On the day Coordination

The Deja Reve Team not only carter for full / partial coordination, we also offer an on the day coordination to ensure that your dream event is carried out to your specifications in the most professional and detailed caliber.

For the event to go off as imagined and dreamed of It is crucial for us to understand every aspect of your day, therefor we require to meet with our client at least 3 months before the event to make sure Deja Reve and our clients are on the same page both understanding and envisioning what it is that our client needs and what is expected of our team.

Deja Reve will take control entirely one month prior your event. We plan and co-ordinate the event schedule to the tee. We manage all suppliers involved to ensure everyone is on the same page, to execute the day with perfection.
